Do I need my own software or test licences?

No. Lume Live provides the complete toolkit — proprietary software, validated psychometric assessments and automated report generation. You bring your counselling expertise; we bring the technology, and we train you on all of it.

What qualifications do I need?

A recognised counselling or psychology qualification, or equivalent hands-on counselling experience. Every partner has a short vetting call before onboarding, so we can understand your background and make sure it's a good fit both ways.

How does payment work?

Payments are collected and settled securely through the platform, so you never chase invoices. We share your earnings and terms transparently during onboarding, once we know how you'd like to work with us.

Do I have to work full-time or exclusively?

Not at all. Many partners counsel alongside an existing practice or job. You choose your availability — Lume Live simply removes the groundwork so your counselling time goes further.

How soon can I start?

Most partners go live within a week — apply, complete a short vetting call, finish a brief platform walkthrough, and start taking sessions.
