These Terms and Conditions apply to the Lume Live website, online sessions, career guidance services, assessment/report products, digital resources and related communication channels. By using the website or purchasing a service, you agree to these terms.

1. Services Offered

Lume Live provides online career counselling, student guidance, parent guidance, mental health support conversations, self-assessment based reports, working-professional reports, career intelligence roadmaps, introductory sessions and digital guidance resources. 2. Counselling and Guidance Scope

Our services are designed for reflection, counselling discussion, education, planning and decision support. Assessment reports and guidance conversations do not guarantee admission, exam selection, employment, salary, promotion, medical outcome or any specific result.

3. Mental Health and Emergency Limits

Lume Live is not an emergency crisis service. If you or someone else is at immediate risk of harm, contact local emergency services, a nearby hospital, a crisis helpline or a trusted person immediately. Online counselling support cannot replace emergency medical care.

4. Student and Minor Users

For school students and minors, a parent or guardian should be involved in booking, payment and counselling decisions. Parent participation may be required for stream selection, career planning and emotional wellbeing concerns.

5. Payments

Payments may be collected through Cashfree, UPI or other approved payment methods displayed on the website. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees. A service is considered booked or purchased only after successful payment confirmation.

Digital products such as assessment reports, PDF resources, career intelligence roadmaps and working profile reports are delivered online or generated through the website. Users are responsible for entering accurate details before report generation.

We use contact details to provide the purchased service, payment support, session coordination, report delivery and relevant follow-up. Communication may happen through WhatsApp, phone, email or website forms. We aim to handle personal details respectfully and only for service-related purposes.

10. Intellectual Property

Website content, reports, layouts, written materials, frameworks and brand assets belong to Lume Live unless otherwise stated. Personal paid reports are for the buyer's private use and counselling discussion.

12. Changes to Terms

Lume Live may update these terms from time to time. The latest version published on this page will apply to future website use and purchases.
